一般的に野球選手の肩関節では外旋可動域が拡大し、内旋可動域が減少することが報告されています。 2nd外旋可動域と2nd内旋可動域の総和(=TRM: Total Rotational Motion)をシーズンを通して維持していくことが重要になります。
TRMが減少することによる投球障害のリスクが上がる
